For anyone thinking about this
Our family stayed for two nights and were pleasantly surprised. On Christmas morning, we found stockings filled with chocolates outside our door, a thoughtful touch that delighted our kids. The spacious King Suite was comfortable, and the staff's kindness truly made our stay memorable. Highly recommended for families!

Recommend it for families
The beds! THE BEDS! ! So comfortable, soft, indulgent, cosy. And the proximity to Sky Train, just a short walk. Made everything easy for my family trip.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but still acceptable considering the comfort.

The convenience of being near Chinese restaurants and grocery stores enhanced our experience. The kindness of the staff made us feel welcome. I particularly enjoyed the high-pressure shower. it was a great way to unwind after a long day. The spacious common areas provided a nice backdrop for relaxation.
The breakfast options could benefit from some variety.

The spaciousness of the One-Bedroom Deluxe King Suite was the highlight of my stay. However, the outdated bathroom lighting left a bit to be desired.

missingWrote a review on Jul 09spacious suiteconvenient locationskytrain accessconfusing parking
The one-bedroom king suite offers a spacious layout with a separate living area, a fridge, and a microwave. The location across from the Metropolis Mall makes shopping a breeze, and easy SkyTrain access puts the city within reach.
Confusion over parking quite annoying as the layout didn’t clearly differentiate hotel spots from reserved spaces, making it easy to get frustrated. The rooftop pool is actually on the 3rd floor, very narrow for swimming, and the hot tub feels more like a sizable bathtub than a proper relaxation spot. The exorbitant buffet breakfast price advertised at $20 but actually costing $32 felt misleading, especially for a family. Bathroom lighting left much to be desired, making it hard to get ready without squinting, and the AC had a hard time cooling the entire suite effectively.

Amazing staff and cozy vibes!
We had a fantastic 3-night stay! The staff were super friendly and really made us feel welcome, especially Michael and Massimo. Plus, the bar/lounge area was a nice spot to chill with good snacks. The only bummer was the parking. it could get a bit cramped due to the mall traffic.

I enjoyed the location of this hotel, really close to the Metropolis shopping mall and a major street packed with food choices. The staff at the front desk knew their stuff and helped me with all my questions. My room was spacious and clean, which was a big plus. The common areas felt well-decorated and perfect for relaxing. However, I faced some issues. The parking situation was confusing, and I spent quite a bit of time finding the right area to park. The breakfast options could use more variety. I expected more than what was offered. The bathroom lighting felt outdated and needs some improvement. Noise from the street was a bit too noticeable at times, interrupting my relaxation. Overall, while there were enjoyable aspects, some could be upgraded for a better experience.

The Deluxe King Room was super comfy, like the beds were a dream! Really cozy and perfect after a long day. Everything was clean, which was nice. Plus, the elevators were quick, so getting around was easy. Only downside was breakfast could use a bit more variety, but that’s minor. Overall, it was a solid experience.
